Hi
As you know political and security situation has been changed rapidly in Afghanistan and Taliban overtook almost whole Afghanistan therefore people who have previously worked with or for United States don’t feel safe here any more and I have also worked in Mine detection center (MDC) for past 20 years and now I don’t feel myself and my family safe here so I want U.S. government to help me go out from here to United States of America as soon as possible
I am writing to request your assistance in locating the person and entity I was employed for through Afghan Technical Consultants (ATC). My name is Abdul Ghayoor Safi, and I have been working for the U.S. Department of State Mine Action Program in Afghanistan through ATC for over 25 years.
As I have a pending SIV case, I require assistance from my supervisor and employer. However, ATC is not sharing any information regarding the project we were employed for, and they are also unwilling to help with our SIV application. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
I believe that you have all the records and files related to the mine action program in Afghanistan. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with any contact details of the entity or person involved in the project related to ATC or mine action in Afghanistan.
I understand that you may have other pressing matters to attend to, but I would be grateful for any update on the status of my request, as it is an important matter for my SIV Application and for me and my family’s life matter.
Also if you are unable to provide me with any email address, I kindly request that you forward my email to the person or entity so that could reach out to me.
To Locate my record in any database such as Project Rabbit or any other file, you can use the following details.
Employer: Afghan Technical Consultant (ATC)

Possible spelling: Abdul Gahyor, Abdul Ghayur, Abdul Ghayour
Last name: Safi
