Mr.Nooruddin Rustam Khail was born in 1985 and completed his High School in Maydan Wardak province, On Rustamkhailo Aalee Lesa. Following this, Mr. Rustamkhail has completed Islamic studies as (Olom-e-Dini) in 2020, and has been recruited with demining Organizations on director’s level since 2018.
Mr. Rustam Khail has completed several mine action related training packages on operational and leadership levels, he has also successfully completed Special preliminary leadership training program in 2022. Mr. Rustam Khail recruited as the director of the Directorate of Mine Action Coordination (DMAC) in 2021. DMAC is a directorate of the Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority which is responsible for the coordination and oversight of mine action operations across the country.
Mr. Rustam Khail is fluent in English, and knows very well Pashto, Dari, Urdu and Arabic languages.
